Month by Month photos

When Sophia was a newborn, I knew I wanted to document her growth every month, but I wasn't sure exactly how I wanted to do this. A friend of mine posted a picture on her blog of her daughter at one week old and at one month old in the bouncy seat. I decided to do something similar, on a monthly basis. I ordered this onesie and decided to use it for the pictures. It is a 6 month size. I was expecting it to be busting at the seams by the one year photo, but it still fit!

Of course, I had to do the same for Olivia!

I think they look so much alike in some of the pictures and so different in others. What do you think?? :)

1 Year Old!

I'm not quite sure how, but my baby girl is ONE! This year has flown! As much as I want her to stay "Little", I'm looking forward to experiencing her new skills with her. People tell us that she looks like me - I don't see it because I think she is absolutely beautiful - both of my girls are, for that matter! :)

Happy 1st birthday, Olivia Marie!

11 Months Old!

11 months old....really?! Time is going so fast! Olivia is growing like crazy. She is cruising all over the place. She is starting to stand on her own, too. She loves mimicking her big sis. They are so cute together. Olivia has 5 teeth with about 3 more on the way! She is such a sweetheart, and she is into everything! I can't help but smile when I look at her!

10 Months Old!

Our sweet Little is 10 months old. I've really tried stopping time, however, it is not working. Olivia is cruising and into EVERYTHING! She loves to eat and feed herself. She enjoys getting into Sophia's things, too. (Sophia just loves that! LOL!) Olivia finally broke her 3rd tooth, as well. Love this girl!!

9 Months Old!

So, I guess it's official....Olivia is crawling, sitting up, & pulling up! She's been "inch-worming" for quite a while now, but I guess that is the only form of crawling she is going to do. She gets in push up position and looks like she is trying to get on her feet. We had to lower her crib, as she was pullling up on her knees. Why does it all have to happen at once? I'm not ready! She is eating more "real" foods and feeding herself the finger foods. She knows her name, and her nickname, Little. I'm pretty sure she says Mama, and she can wave, too.

When I feed Olivia, Sophia gets her "Boppy" and feeds her baby, too. Such a good lil' mommy. :)
