1 Year Old!

I'm not quite sure how, but my baby girl is ONE! This year has flown! As much as I want her to stay "Little", I'm looking forward to experiencing her new skills with her. People tell us that she looks like me - I don't see it because I think she is absolutely beautiful - both of my girls are, for that matter! :)

Happy 1st birthday, Olivia Marie!

11 Months Old!

11 months old....really?! Time is going so fast! Olivia is growing like crazy. She is cruising all over the place. She is starting to stand on her own, too. She loves mimicking her big sis. They are so cute together. Olivia has 5 teeth with about 3 more on the way! She is such a sweetheart, and she is into everything! I can't help but smile when I look at her!

10 Months Old!

Our sweet Little is 10 months old. I've really tried stopping time, however, it is not working. Olivia is cruising and into EVERYTHING! She loves to eat and feed herself. She enjoys getting into Sophia's things, too. (Sophia just loves that! LOL!) Olivia finally broke her 3rd tooth, as well. Love this girl!!

9 Months Old!

So, I guess it's official....Olivia is crawling, sitting up, & pulling up! She's been "inch-worming" for quite a while now, but I guess that is the only form of crawling she is going to do. She gets in push up position and looks like she is trying to get on her feet. We had to lower her crib, as she was pullling up on her knees. Why does it all have to happen at once? I'm not ready! She is eating more "real" foods and feeding herself the finger foods. She knows her name, and her nickname, Little. I'm pretty sure she says Mama, and she can wave, too.

8 Months Old!

Olivia, or "Little" - as we call her, is 8 months old! How can this be possible?! I feel like she should still be about 4 months old. This month, we were in Alabama for her month-day. She still only has two teeth. She is saying "Ma-ma" - not sure that she is referring to me, though. :) Not officially crawling, but she gets where she needs to go! She's a happy, sweet girl! <3

7 Months Old!

Olivia can't already be 7 months! She is still not crawling, but it does seem like it's coming soon. She turns and flips with ease. She is getting on her knees much more often, but still hasn't quite gotten the concept of crawling. She is eating more and more solids and loves it. Her big sis loves entertaining her by dancing or having tea parties with her! Olivia is such a good baby!!! Love her to pieces!

6 Months Old!

Is it really possible that we are at the halfway mark of the first year of Olivia's life? She is rolling and scooting all over the place! She loves to laugh, especially at her big sis! We had her 6 month appointment, and she took her shots like a champ! Only cried for a few seconds. It's still hard to believe that we have TWO beautiful little girls!

Happy 3rd Birthday, Sophia!

We celebrated Sophia's 3rd birthday by taking her and one of her friends to the Sweet & Sassy Salon. They got their hair done, nails painted, and makeup applied. They LOVED it!

We went to Savannah, GA in May for Sean's youngest sister's wedding. It was my first time to go. Here are some of the pictures from that weekend.

5 Months Old!

Happy 5 months, Olivia!

Olivia's newest trick is turning from her back to her belly. She is quite the roly poly these days! The bad part is, at night, she flips and gets stuck. Sometimes she goes back to sleep, but most times she cries so one of us will come in to flip her to her back!

4 Months Old!

4 months old today! It seems like it was just yesterday that Olivia joined our family! She is starting to get her own little personality. She loves to laugh and smile. She is such a great baby - just like Sophia WAS. :) She definitely knows her big sis. When Sophia is around, Olivia doesn't take her eye off of her! Obviously, she is eating well! We go to her next doctor appointment in about a week, so I'll update her stats then.

*UPDATE*

Olivia had her 4 month checkup on Monday, 4/25.

Weight: 16# 2 oz

Height: 25.25"

She's growing like crazy! Sophia's stats at this age were just about the same!

Sweet Home Alabama

Our first stop was Huntsville, AL to see Auntie Gyp! It was her first time meeting Olivia, and she was on Cloud 9!
